Privacy in Foldora

This notice explains local data processing and the choices available to you.

Provider and contact

Foldora is provided under the ProduktFrosch brand. Contact: info@produktfrosch.ch. Further information identifying the responsible provider and its contact address can be requested at this email address.

Photos and local storage

Foldora processes selected photos entirely on your device to create wallpapers. Copies of imported photos, crop positions, wallpapers, names, favourites and appearance settings are stored in the app’s private storage. We do not receive your photos or collection. The app has no cloud service, analytics, advertising or account system, and requests no internet permission. The Android Photo Picker grants access only to photos you select.

Exports and external apps

Only when you choose to export or share does Foldora create a gallery copy or grant the selected recipient app temporary access to a PNG. Gallery copies remain outside the app and must be deleted separately. Opening Google Play or an email app invokes services with their own privacy policies. A support email sends the message and attachments you choose to include to its recipient; Foldora does not send email automatically.

Diagnostics

Up to 10 operation results with a time, operation type and status are stored locally. No image content, photo names, file paths, account identifiers or purchase tokens are included. You can disable this history and delete it under Privacy choices. Nothing is uploaded automatically.

Retention and your choices

Saved wallpapers remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. A fresh app start clears the editor selection and its imported photo copies; saved wallpapers and their editable project photos remain until you delete the wallpaper. Temporary files can be cleared in Settings. App data is excluded from the app’s Android backup configuration; separate gallery copies are controlled by your gallery and any backup services you use. Use Android’s app settings to clear all app data or uninstall.

Requests and rights

For information, correction, deletion, objections or other rights available under applicable data protection law, contact info@produktfrosch.ch. We can only access information you voluntarily send us, such as support correspondence. Support messages are retained as necessary to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Do not include sensitive photos unless they are essential to your request. You may also contact your competent data protection authority. Changes to data processing will be reflected in this notice.

This website

This static website does not embed analytics, advertising, external fonts or third-party media. It does not set cookies or store information in your browser. When accessing it, the hosting provider processes connection data such as IP address, requested URL and time to deliver and secure the website. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Contact info@produktfrosch.ch with questions about website data processing.
