Using Foldora

These terms cover use of the app, image rights, store purchases and your statutory rights.

Foldora is offered under the ProduktFrosch brand. For legal questions and further provider identification and address information, contact info@produktfrosch.ch.

Use of the app

Your lawful acquisition of the app permits its use in accordance with the applicable store terms. Foldora lets you combine your own selected photos and save, export or share the resulting wallpapers. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions required for the pictures you use and share. Your source photos and your own creations remain yours; bundled artwork does not grant exclusive rights.

Purchase and store

Foldora is intended as a one-time paid app, without subscriptions or in-app purchases. Price, payment, installation and refund procedures are handled by the store from which you acquire it. This notice does not restrict statutory consumer rights or the applicable store’s refund terms. Local debug installations do not verify a purchase.

Quality and device compatibility

The app creates a fixed-size PNG of 2448 × 5091 pixels using the selected crop. Lossless compression preserves the rendered pixels; it cannot restore details absent from a source image. Source conversion to sRGB and 8-bit Android rendering is not a promise to preserve HDR or RAW data. Applying and cropping a wallpaper is controlled by your phone’s system, gallery and launcher. Features and results can depend on device software and available memory.

Storage and responsibility

Export any images you want to keep independently of the app. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes the local collection and editor photos. Mandatory warranties, liability rules and consumer protections remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
